Because Medifast is a food product, government regulations prohibit ut from being resold if it is returned. You may return any unopened products (box) for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, shipping charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept any opened boxes. All returns are subject to a 25% disposal fee.
